Thermoplastic Elastomer
PT. KMJL is sole distributor of Empilon, a high performance thermoplastic elastomer produced by Ho Tai Industrial Co. Ltd. Empilon compounds are a series of synthetic elastomers that combine the properties of vulcanized rubber with processing advantages of conventional thermoplastic.
The advantages of Empilon :
- Wide range of hardness : EMPILON® Hardness is from Shore 00 33 to Shore D 54 (figure 1.)
- Wide range of using temperature -85 °C ~ 100 °C
- Compatible with the conventional plastic processing machine : injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, over molding.
- The abilities of anti-slip and resilience is the best of TPEs
- Non-toxic : Comply the directive of RoHS (2002/95/EC) and SONY SS-00259 4th, free of Pb, Cd, Hg, Cr6+, PBB, PBDE and also free of As, Se, Sb, Ba and DOP plastisizer
- Recycle ratio of material is 100%, Comply the directive of of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE 2002/95/EC)
